VIP Assistance St Barth- St Maarten (Princess Juliana  International Airport)

Our team offers you personalized help at St Barts’ Airport, as well as a simple and efficient transfer for your connections to St Maarten (Princess Juliana  International Airport).

Step N°1

We confirm your flights.
We take care of your luggage, flight tickets and passport at your hotel or villa at least 2h before your departure time.





Step N°2

We execute the check-in and immigration requirements in St Barts.
And we make sure you turn up at least 15 minutes before your departure.






Step N°3

You will be escorted to the plane by one of our agents, who will make sure that your luggages are loaded in the plane.






Step N°4

When you arrive in St Maarten, our agent will meet you at the « Transfer Information » desk.
He will join you through the immigration using priority access.

If your luggage is registered until final destination, please go to step n°6


Step N°5

He picks up your luggage and takes care of the checking-in requirements with you and then brings you to the security filter.






Step N°6

To finish, he joins you to the departure room, where you will be able to wait, if you want to, in the VIP lounge (20 US$).

 




* People travelling with business class tickets have access to the VIP lounge.
An extra charge of $20 per person is to be added for each additional passenger.

Flight Delay or Cancellation :

-Your flight from st Barts is delayed or cancelled because of a technical or climatic reason, you will fly with another company or we offer you a charter flight or a private boat.

-Your flight from St Maarten is delayed or cancelled, you will travel on the next flight, we offer you an alternative, we book you a hotel, we modify your reservation to the next day.
